WINE PHILOSOPHY

I am proud to showcase our cellar of hand selected wines that will impress even the most discerning palate. The list contains some the very best examples from the most prestigious wine regions around the world, all of which have been individually considered. Focusing on hidden gems from small-scale wineries, I have built a cellar that champions both progressive and unconventional vignerons who create their wines with ardent dedication to their craft.

The list also includes a variety of top vintages of legendary wines from elite producers and grandmasters of the old and new world. I have endeavoured to maintain both quality and choice and sincerely hope you enjoy perusing within. Vintages are subject to change due to availability.

The full list includes our favourite artisan spirits, liqueurs and beers from award-winning distilleries and breweries, from which we have also fashioned our own cocktails — with and without alcohol.

I am hopeful that the list will reflect the care and time we have instilled within our drinks offering and have confidence that you will be well looked after by our team. Should you fancy something a little more unusual or would like personal recommendations, do let us know.
