Spring sunshine is once again shining through our sash windows at Plassey House. A new growing season has begun and we are already back working with some of our favourite ingredients.
Our evening tasting menu is still available and popular as ever. Find locally sourced ingredients such as wild garlic, white asparagus and early forced rhubarb featured while they are in their short abundance along with Spring lamb and suckling pork.
With the days gradually getting warmer, the surrounding parkland is even more inviting for a pre-dinner or post-afternoon wander. On those rainy days, our cocktail lounge is open Thursday-Sunday where you can sample some of our new (and old favourite) creations developed by Stephen & John.
